Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content operations.
Hands-on experience with major social platforms: Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.
Strong ability to plan, create, and publish compelling social content for global audiences.
Familiarity with social analytics tools and performance tracking (Meta Business Suite, GA, etc.).
Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone across platforms.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cross-border e-commerce, DTC brands, or overseas user acquisition.
Understanding of community dynamics on Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups, and interest-based communities.
Knowledge of paid social advertising strategies and creative testing.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
Familiarity with content calendars, influencer collaboration, and UGC frameworks.
Experience working with creative teams on visual/video production for social platforms.
Strong sense of brand storytelling and audience segmentation across different markets.
About the Role
As a Social Media Manager at Stella Metrix, you will lead our global social presence across multiple platforms. You will design content strategies, manage communities, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to build meaningful engagement with overseas users. Your work will directly support our independent websites and brand expansion efforts, helping great products connect with the audiences who need them most.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, X, and other key channels.
Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and high-quality publishing.
Produce or coordinate the creation of posts, videos, UGC-style content, community replies, and thought leadership materials.
Manage community engagement, respond to user interactions, and grow active communities.
Monitor platform trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously refine content strategy.
Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic and paid efforts for maximum reach.
Work with design and product teams to develop social assets, landing pages, and campaigns that support growth goals.
