Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or user acquisition.
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or others).
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar dashboards.
Strong ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize toward measurable goals.
Solid understanding of landing pages, funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion principles.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cross-border e-commerce, DTC brands, or Shopify/independent site growth.
Knowledge of attribution models, tracking infrastructure, pixels, UTM, and event setups.
Experience running A/B tests and applying insights to improve creative or targeting.
Comfort working with creative teams to develop ad materials, UGC scripts, and visual assets.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM tools, or remarketing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adjust strategies based on real-time data.
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to experiment with new growth channels.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Stella Metrix, you will execute performance-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will plan, launch, test, and optimize digital campaigns to support global user acquisition and independent website growth.Working closely with product, design, and content teams, you will help transform high-quality products into scalable global demand through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets, refine targeting, and optimize creatives.
Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audiences to improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign data to identify insights, trends, and actionable optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and messaging.
Set up tracking infrastructure: pixels, events, UTMs, analytics dashboards.
Manage remarketing, funnel optimization, and audience development strategies.
Prepare performance reports and communicate results with clarity and business impact.
