Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Arts Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic business development, preferably within urban planning, high-end real estate, or international art consultancy.

  • Proven track record of managing high-level institutional relationships, including government bodies (e.g., Housing and Construction Bureaus) and Tier-1 developers.

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is essential for navigating the Greater Bay Area ecosystem.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-suite stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in navigating cross-border business environments between Hong Kong and Mainland China.

  • Deep understanding of the public art industry, including curatorial trends and international artist networks.

  • Familiarity with the "Art & Infrastructure" model (e.g., Crossrail/Elizabeth Line precedents).

  • Strong capability in market intelligence, identifying emerging opportunities in urban regeneration and digital fabrication.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Stellametrix, you will lead our strategic expansion by identifying and securing high-impact partnerships across the globe. You will act as the primary liaison between international visionary artists and local infrastructure stakeholders. Your work will directly fuel our growth by positioning Stellametrix as the indispensable bridge for cultural and engineering integration in major urban centers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with international art agencies, architectural firms, and municipal governments.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for large-scale urban art consultancy and fabrication projects.

  • Collaborate with the Technical and Production teams to develop bespoke proposals that align with client KPIs and urban policy requirements.

  • Monitor global market trends and competitor activity within the art-infrastructure sector to refine our market positioning.

  • Represent Stellametrix at international industry conferences and high-level networking events.
